Access Statement

Our holiday park has 84 privately-owned caravan holidays sited on level ground with nearby parking and stone chipping paths leading to the Holiday Homes. Caravans are accessed by either two or three steps with integral handrail. UPVC ramps and platforms with a non slip surface can be specified as an alternative.


For the safety of our guests, we have a 5mph speed limit throughout the park and one way system. The road is primarily tarmac with car-parks of stone chipping's.


We can supply choice of Caravan Holiday Home models for purchase which are designed for wheelchair access and limited mobility.

There is parking opposite our facilities suite. The WC, Launderette, and Reception can be accessed by way of ramps. The Park operates a small shop and can arrange delivery of bread, milk and groceries to Private Holiday Home owners requiring assistance.


We have a customer lounge which can be accessed by a ramp. For those needing assistance please call our Reception in advance and we will endeavour to provide any necessary help.


The Four Seasons cafe is at ground level and is easily accessible.


Taxi services with ramped access can be arranged through reception in advance, or by using the details provided in our Owners Information Pack. Wheelchairs can also be arranged for you from the local branch of the British Red Cross, normally for a donation to their funds, but please give us plenty of advance notice of your requirements.


Assistance dogs are welcomed on the park and there is a convenient Bridal Way on the perimeter of the park for exercising pets.


The park enjoys good coverage of all mobile phone networks and free customer wifi is available. We also have a resident warden who is available overnight in cases of emergency.


Should you need any special assistance at any time during your visit with us, please ask any member of our staff and they will do their utmost to help. We would also welcome any comments from you on how we may improve our park to ensure a happy and relaxed holiday for all our disadvantaged guests.
